We parked at Campground by the Lake.  We enjoyed the view of the lake and mountains right across the street!  Ron and Mary’s volunteer friends came for dinner and invited us to the Tallac Historical Site – where (starting in the early 1920’s) wealthy people “summered” in Lake Tahoe.  We also drove up to the vista point to see Emerald Bay. It started snowing!
