As much as we enjoyed Sol Duc, the Liard Hot Springs were great too.  The trail to get to the springs is a board walk through the marsh.  The pool nearest the springs is hotter – the temperature of the water is 130 at the source.  The pool is clear, with black rocks on the bottom.  It really feels good on your feet.  In addition to the bear and bison along the road today, we saw Canadian geese feeding here.
